The location was perfect for exploring Brussels, the parking was good, the public transport was convenient, and the place was quiet and respectable.

The location was fine and easy to reach, though it was along a tram line. The electricity was unreliable: when the neighbors turned their lights on, our lights would turn on, and when we switched ours on, theirs would turn off, so my son and I had to shower in the dark with a phone lamp—unpleasant. The bathroom wall was crumbling and moldy, the curtains were hanging on half the hooks, there was no air‑conditioning so it felt stuffy, we had booked a parking spot but no information was in the room and we had to figure it out ourselves because no one was reachable, and there was a large dirty stain on the mattress.

The interior felt like a beautiful Brussels bourgeois house, but the night‑time security code was hard to find because it was black like the door frame, the bathroom lacked a place to hang clothes while showering, the interior was a bit noisy—especially the staircase leading to the rooms.

The staff were nice, self‑check‑in was easy, and the rooms were comfortable.
