The hotel was close to my destination. However, the room was dirty: the bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the bathtub right below the faucet, paint peeling and pilling near the drain, a loose toilet, and no soaps or shampoos. Dust accumulated in the bedroom, and the lamp’s light bulb was gunked up. The walls had brown, crusty edges with paint chipping and pilling, and there were black specks of debris on the floor. Overall, the room was not clean.
