It’s close to Madrid Río and the Plaza Río shopping center, the hostel is very good 👍 I’ll come back.

Only the reception was decent, but because of overbooking they had to send me to another hostel that had no locks on the rooms and let unreserved guests in. People caused trouble with my roommates, and when I asked management to change the hostel’s entry code they didn’t, and the next day they threatened to call the police.

They sent us to another accommodation because their place was overbooked due to a reservation issue with Booking, and when we arrived the place looked more like a private home than a tourist spot; it was totally unsafe to share a room with strangers, one of whom even saw the key code for the locker. I didn’t stay even 5 minutes and had to book elsewhere urgently.

At the last minute they changed the accommodation location and the counters didn’t answer to give more information.
