Everyone was very helpful, but the AC unit made a lot of noise when it cycled on and off at night, making it hard to sleep. The return unit was placed right by the bed, which was poorly planned. Additionally, the hallway needed a thorough vacuum.

The hotel is in an accessible spot near many attractions. Breakfast and room service were disappointing: the oats counter had rancid, stale nuts, the scrambled egg was cold, there was only one type of bread, and that bread didn’t fit into the toaster.

The location was fantastic. We were at Lipscomb and the proximity to the campus was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding. So many options and the cold brew coffee was next level move. Great job. I found the wifi cumbersome. I was a guest and it tried to get me to create an account. I am reluctant to do that when I just plan to be somewhere for the night. It feels like when I get to the wifi and the place wants me to sign up for it I am about to get a ton of email that I don't want. Had I been a Bonvoy member I might have felt differently. I ended up having to use the hot spot on my mobile device
