The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable - it's a stone's throw from the V&A Waterfront and Greenpoint, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness and security were also top-notch, and the host was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was really impressed with this place and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was top-notch, with a clear attention to detail - everything from the abundance of towels to the laundry detergent was taken care of. The owner was a lovely woman who made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront, which was great. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit too small for my 6'2" frame - but I'm used to that in South Africa.

The location is a major plus, with a supermarket and cafes just around the corner. However, the apartment itself was a different story. It was incredibly dark and dusty, with no aircon or fan to speak of, making it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I was also surprised to find that my friends, who were staying in a different part of the building, had a completely different experience with their apartment.

The best thing about this place is its proximity to the main road, making it easy to get around. However, there are a few quirks that might be a bit of a nuisance - the door to the balcony is wide open, and the dry rack with towels is conveniently located on the balcony. Not a major issue, but something to be aware of.
