Everything about our stay was 11/10 – the house, the room, the breakfast, the owners, the parking, the dinner recommendations, and the location were all amazing; the room we stayed in was beautiful, cozy, warm, and very spacious; as a huge foodie, the breakfasts we enjoyed were probably among the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had; thank you for being so kind and wonderful to my mum and me – I wish you all the best.

Millslade was peaceful and quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our double bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a large and pleasant en-suite bathroom. As well as our room, a lovely lounge room and garden benches and tables were available to us. Anna and Simon were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were absolutely first rate with a good choice and quality ingredients. Brendon is a quiet and friendly village with a choice of beautiful walks straight from the front door. There are two great pubs about 5 mins and 15 easy walk away, which served food and local beers and ciders. A little further afield, along beautiful footpaths are great tearooms at Malmsmead and Watersmeet. And if you want to use the car Lynton & Lynmouth are a 15 min drive. Absolutely fabulous location for a short walking holiday. Highly recommend. Nothing

Thanks for a wonderful stay; Anna and Simon went the extra mile to make it idyllic. We were greeted warmly and offered tea on the patio upon arrival. The house is stunning, and we stayed in room 3, which was a good size with a very clean shower room and a comfortable bed. Breakfasts were wonderful, carefully prepared from locally sourced ingredients. Anna and Simon’s friendliness and hospitality made the stay special, and the “milk fairy” delivers fresh milk each morning, just in time for a pre‑breakfast cup of tea. Millslade House is a small piece of heaven, exceeding all expectations, with immaculate care taken to detail in such beautiful surroundings.

Een prachtig huis vlak in de buurt van een gezellige pub, prachtige natuur en de zee. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en maken een heerlijk ontbijt voor je. Een aanrader!
