The staff were great, but parking was impossible with no space inside the property, my room lacked enough towels, the toilet leaked a lot of water flooding the room and the sink overflowed too— the room was fully flooded for two days and no staff came to clean it, so I need a refund. The kitchen was closed most of the time, so we couldn’t get food and even when we could, they only offered snacks, no actual meals.
