The welcome was friendly, but the room itself was just gross. The toilet was filthy, the bedspread was stained, and the worst part was that it was right on a super busy street. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

I was blown away by the helpful staff, especially the young ladies on reception, Intan and Dini, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The food was also top-notch, with great room service options. It's hard to find fault with this hotel, everything was just perfect.
