Staff are very nice and helpful. Facilities are good and same with the photos. Bed and pillow is good for sleeping. Room is absolutely quiet and has a wonderful view of garden. Room size and air-conditioning exceeded expectations

The location was good and the staff were helpful, but the rain kept coming throughout our stay, which cut short our time exploring Hue.

The room was super spacious and had all the amenities; the breakfast spread and area were great, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However, I expected a decent pool or garden view from the balcony, but it faced a building because we were placed in a far corner. Noise travels through the corridors, and a group of people made a lot of noise at 6 am; it isn’t the hotel’s fault, but some signage might help.
