Ben was awesome—friendly, quick to check me in, and he even offered blankets for my dogs and made sure I understood everything; he’s a great employee. Everything else was acceptable.

Breakfast was good, with a wide range of items for quick snacks or a sit‑down meal, and I love how close it is to everything we need and to visit our family. The screen door was missing and the bathroom screen needs replacement, and it would help to have a few chairs that can be taken outside when renting the larger rooms.

The front‑desk lady on the last morning apologized for our disappointment but said she could do nothing. On the second and final night we had no hot water, the carpet had a large melted spot, the only seating was a stained hardback chair, the door was dirty, people were loitering in the parking lot 24/7, and the air‑conditioner unit rattled loudly.
