I stayed three nights; the swimming pool and the adjacent dining area were the highlights. Every evening the teens would jump back into the pool to play, while the adults ate and chatted nearby. The kitchen had everything, and we even cooked kelp‑radish vegetable soup ourselves at night. However, the tiles at the bottom of the pool scrape the feet, so safety should be improved. The first‑floor room had a large bathtub, but it was never used. The shrimp rice restaurant next door is tasty and within walking distance. Staff replies were very slow. When I booked a BBQ for the first night, I thought it was a dedicated grilling service, but it turned out to be self‑grilling; they only supplied the ingredients. If food is prepared for the number of people, it would be too much. The next day, they didn’t immediately clean the kitchen or common areas, so I thought we had to wash dishes ourselves. At night, the common area was left dark, and I couldn’t find staff to help, so I had to message them; replies were still slow, and only then did someone come. After we left, someone’s wallet was missing; I left a message asking if it had been found. It took a whole day to get a reply, and after two days no one responded. This was a group stay, and not finding staff was a real disappointment.
