The place was unhygienic, too hot without air‑conditioning, extremely noisy, the mattress was too soft and creaked, the bed frame was broken, and the bathroom was in bad shape.

There was no signage at the property and no regulatory posters displayed. The accommodation was old and lacked basic comfort: only one ceiling light, no bedside control, and no lamp beside the bed.
