The room was great and spacious.

The room was comfortable, and the balcony offered a beautiful view.

The room was spacious and parking was a breeze. The balcony, though, was just a concrete landing a few feet wide—just enough for a person to step outside. All the restaurants were closed, and the staff were too busy with a conference to answer any questions.

The bed and view were excellent, and the transport links were top‑class. The staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast didn’t live up to the price, and our room had a smell from the drain. Compared to the spotless bathroom, the room itself was unclean and full of fingerprints. Having stayed many times at the Leonardo Hotel Augsburg, the Frankfurt hotel was a disappointment.
