“Nothing like other hotels, this one is below standard”

Not all staff were helpful, and for a Marriott hotel it falls far below expectations.

“The stay was alright, it could have been better with daily room care, and a better balcony location.”

The room was clean, but no daily housekeeping came, trash wasn’t emptied, and we had to chase someone to get fresh towels and toilet paper; I requested a balcony room, which I received, but it faced the highway and was too noisy to go outside, and it shouldn’t have cost what I paid without those amenities.

“Pleasant stay, great staff.”

The staff were great, the room was clean and ready for early check‑in, but Starbucks was on site with very limited hours.
