I enjoyed my stay; breakfast was delicious and I had a great time. The only issues were the television not working and our toilet being blocked, but the toilet problem was fixed the same day thanks to the amazing staff.

I really liked the amenities in the glamping tents, the staff were extremely helpful, and the game drive was amazing. The restaurant menu could have been better, lacking halal or halal‑friendly options, and the staff seemed to lack training or awareness on dietary requirements.

Breakfast was lovely, all the food was tasty and well presented, and the waiters and waitresses were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in Chalet 1, where I stayed, there was no light in the shower and the bathroom light was dim; it felt creepy to shower at night with no light in the shower, as the shower wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is thick and dark.

I appreciated the sunset view from Cabin 6. The geyser was too small and the hot water ran out quickly.
