The spot was spot‑on for convenience, but the restaurant was closed for breakfast and the front desk didn’t explain the hotel’s facilities. The lift was out of order.

I didn’t get breakfast at all – it wasn’t offered. The beds were awful, the lift wasn’t working, and the rooms were dusty.

La ubicación, acceso al transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. Que estaba en remodelación y no había elevador para huéspedes

The hotel sits in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the lake isn’t far. The gym is pretty well‑equipped. The lift was broken every four days and only the freight elevator worked, but with only four floors it didn’t matter too much. Some wallpaper in my room was peeling and the carpet wasn’t clean. The front desk couldn’t issue a company invoice because I booked through a third‑party portal, and they didn’t try to help; they just moved on to other guests. The room was noisy from the street and the air‑conditioner was extremely loud, so sleep was difficult.

It’s a charming place that could use a facelift, though the neighborhood is great. We weren’t told the lift was broken, and we kept getting stuck in a “log jam” on the stairs. The food was bland and the staff seemed unfriendly.
