The location was good. Parking is non-existent; we finally found a spot in a private car park, but they had made us think we could find one. Bringing a car to this place is not practical, contrary to their claims, and it negatively affected our trip to Matera.

The accommodation is well located near the Sassi, the room is very large and well decorated; Anna is very smiling, devoted and attentive. The only drawback: parking.

A perfect spot for a night in Mater, just a few steps from the historic centre. If you’re driving, it’s a better pick than staying right in the heart of town because you can find free parking nearby, though it’s a bit tricky. The breakfast was tasty, offering both sweet and savoury options. Nothing to complain about.
