The apartment was perfect, fully equipped and in an excellent location, yet still quite affordable. Everything was available for self‑catering (coffee, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc.), and a bakery and butcher were just around the corner. It was very quiet even though it sat right between Rialto and St. Mark's Square. The hosts were very easy to contact, though you never actually meet them in person. The terrace was lovely. Only people with mobility issues would find the steep stairs a problem.

“Perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung nahe Zentrum mit nettesten Gastgebern, die man sich wünschen kann!”

The flat sits right in the middle of the old town, just 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The building contains three separate apartments, and we booked the red one on the first floor. It looks exactly as shown in the photos, offers plenty of space for two people, a living‑sleeping area with ample room, well‑furnished, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower – all stylish and relatively new. The air‑conditioning in every room saved us during the summer of 2026, and especially the hospitality of Arianna and Luca – it’s hard to find comparable warmth elsewhere. We received a lot of information before arrival on how to get to the apartment, which was crucial because getting around Venice at first is not easy. Huge praise for the hosts – the couple act very professionally and it’s clear they put a lot of love and dedication into everything, right from the moment you step into the house and the apartment! Fantastic!

The reception by the two hosts was very warm. We had a nice, large apartment with a big bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for the Biennale and in a nice neighbourhood overall.

The location is good, the apartment is spacious, clean and pleasant. The owners respond immediately and politely to every question. During the five‑day stay the towels were not replaced for personal reasons, and the hosts did not provide breakfast, which is a B&B.
