The service, atmosphere, and cleanliness were great; the location was central and I was fascinated, 10 out of 10, but the accessibility for people with disabilities was lacking—my 17‑inch wheelchair couldn't fit into the bathroom because the door was too narrow, so an expansion would help; otherwise everything was fine, there is an elevator, easy mobility to the room, but the bathroom remains inaccessible.

The place was very clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant excellent for meals, plus fast Wi‑Fi, a comfortable and clean bed, a tidy bathroom with a bathtub; the only downside was the food had too many spices for me, but as an Italian I’m not used to it, so it’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location was good, but the bedroom entrance doors were thin and noisy.

The hotel was fine, the staff were friendly, and the bed was very comfortable; however, there were no blankets on the night tables, only one on the floor; at 8 p.m. the cafeteria‑restaurant only served drinks.
