Honestly, the location is fine, but the hotel is infested with cockroaches—there were everywhere in the spa, the rooms, and throughout the hotel—so you really should avoid it.

The establishment is magnificent, and the reception staff is especially pleasant. I slept quite lightly, and a courtyard‑side room would have been ideal.

The choice of this hotel was excellent. The location is very good, next to metro, tram, and bus lines, and you can walk easily to the harbor and the Panier district. Two stops away from the Saint‑Charles train station, there are bus lines that go to the airport. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall, which was one of the reasons we chose this place. Cleanliness was very basic for us. The mattress was comfortable, the room was a bit small but we paid for it; there were larger rooms for an extra cost. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and kind. I also appreciate the secure storage of our luggage on the day of departure. I recommend it! We were very satisfied overall. I would only wish that a hotel chain worldwide had more room options. The cost is low for them, but the service is great for the customer.
