How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The weather was bad, but because it was close to the Shimonoseki entertainment district, we could enjoy a meal without getting wet. I didn’t understand the relation to Kumamoto Station. It would be helpful if it said how many minutes walking from the station to the tram stop at Kinjima.

The staff were attentive and helped us fill out paperwork to transfer our luggage to another hotel, the rooms were always clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The proximity to the downtown area was a plus, and the breakfast offered a wide variety that left me full. However, since I stayed for a reunion and left late, I wished the public bath had a longer opening time.
