The place is in a good spot, but the staff were awful and never returned the refund they promised for shortening my stay.

The location was fine, yet the experience was very disappointing. We waited three hours before finally getting our rooms, watching other guests being handed theirs while we kept hearing “15 more minutes.” Each time we asked for an update, the staff whispered among themselves and never gave a clear explanation. We lost an entire afternoon in the lobby. After the wait, a supervisor apologized, upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view, which we appreciated, but the rooms were still on different floors. The upgrade didn’t erase the frustration of spending three hours of our trip waiting with no clear estimate. We won’t return.
