A very sweet waitress stood out, the rooms were pleasantly sized, the room temperature was fine, the pool temperature was also fine, and the mattresses were comfortable. On the whole, I hate leaving bad reviews, but I couldn't hold back here. The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the low hygiene level in the room, especially the bathroom—dirty, dusty, moldy, with stains on the carpet. We decided to close our eyes. We entered the “spa” area—the infrared sauna was half‑operational, the floor was dirty, moldy, with sludge. I try to rationalize the “cleanliness” of the pools. Given the hotel’s occupancy—or rather the lack of it—I thought the staff had enough time to maintain a more normal hygiene level. We heard from kitchen staff that there were mice. The block table was also weak. One morning the staff were late for work—customers drank coffee without staff in the restaurant. We arrived for breakfast at 8:10, while breakfast starts at 8, and the staff entered after us. They gave us a breakfast menu—confused our choices, some sandwiches had leftover black bread, others thick slices of white… My husband almost ordered a small piece of sea bass for dinner. Good thing he didn’t, because it would have been a tiny 15‑gram piece. Most of the food on the menu was not “available.” The restaurant prices are competitive with Pizzeria Ego and Štastlivec, but the quality is lacking. The bathrobes were super shabby and holey… Tactically, they “evicted” us right after breakfast and two hours before the room’s checkout time while we tried to go to the spa center to relax before departure. The working hours said it was from 10, and we went at 10:10, but it was closed. The day before, they opened the pool 15 minutes early by exception, but today it didn’t work because there was zero occupancy… We definitely wouldn’t repeat this hotel.
