A big room that fits four people, but we were stuck in a separate building and couldn’t get breakfast. The place wasn’t very clean, and there was clearly old toilet paper in the bathroom.

“Never again!”

If you’re arriving late at night, don’t waste money on a taxi; I got there at 01:00 am and no one answered the phone or doorbell, even after calling at 00:15 am, so I had to stay elsewhere for the first night. Being older, I had to haul my luggage up two steep, narrow flights of stairs, a struggle I never want to repeat. The place offered no amenities, comfort, convenience, or service.

“Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in abgewohnten Umgebung”

The hotel’s location suited our plans and was deliberately chosen, but the rooms assigned did not match the booked category. The booking supposedly sent only a standard room to Booking, even though we had selected and paid for a higher‑priced room. The rooms are clearly old, featuring a colorful mix of furniture and wall paint. Floor rugs in the hallway suggest cleaning or replacement is needed. Breakfast was okay. The hotel never responded to complaints about the room, even after emailing the service area twice—underground service is essentially non‑existent.

Good location, tram not far away. Nothing to criticize.
