I was disappointed by the rude staff and filthy rooms, complete with dirty linen and a half-cleaned bathroom where items floated in the toilet; they didn’t even provide handwash, and I was shocked to find no keys handed out—staff insisted no one would touch anything if the door stayed open. The only silver lining was that the hotel let us check in, which is a relief in hindsight. I had to fight with Oyo, the partner operator, for a refund.

It’s a beautiful, centrally located place that needs maintenance; the location is 5 STAR. The cleanliness was lacking and the lift wasn’t working.

Nothing good. Hotels have fake information on Bookings.com. When I visited, the staff were unaware of the bookings. Thank God I didn’t pay; I checked 2 or 3 rooms and they were stinking like shit. Service was very bad and the staff weren’t polite at all. The rooms are just there; if you need them, just say so. Very bad hotel in Pune.
