“One night stay”
The spot and price were good for NYC, but the check‑in took a long time even after the scheduled time, the room was small, and the bathroom needs updating.

The location is fine, but the bathroom was old and moldy.

The location is great—just steps from the subway, close to Soho, NoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown, with plenty of dining and nightlife—and the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. However, the room’s Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the lighting was inadequate.

The hotel is clean and has a great location near the metro, making travel super easy, but the rooms feel a bit cramped.

The rooms are small, but that didn’t matter much since we rarely stayed in them; they were tidy, with a hint of noise from the walls and outside, large windows, and working blinds and curtains. I’d come back again. There’s no daily room service; instead they told us to go downstairs and use the self‑serve area for anything we needed, like fresh towels.
