I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the staff’s attentiveness. However, the hotel’s lack of organization and predictability bothered me: in the room I stayed in, although there was a TV, I couldn’t use it because there was no “extension” to plug it into the outlet. The front‑desk attendant went to my room, saw the issue, and said she could do nothing because the hotel was full and no spare extension was available, so I couldn’t watch TV during my stay. I recommend the hotel improve its planning and organization to avoid situations like this.
