We were housed right in the main building and were completely satisfied; the rooms had been newly renovated, everything was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in rooms with terraces that were spacious. The reception staff and everyone in the restaurant were helpful, friendly, and eager to assist. The surroundings were very pleasant—right in the middle of nature, you could walk through forests and meadows or stroll to the reservoir. The grounds were vast and well-maintained, with a lovely seating area in front of the hotel. The wellness facilities were superb—large pool, whirlpool, sauna, and gym. The restaurant cooked very well for reasonable prices. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better, but overall we rated it positively.

We left without staying overnight because the accommodation was unbearable. The room was about 12 m² with a fold‑out bed and a balcony overlooking a neglected back courtyard. We had booked a double‑bedroom with balcony for around 170 EUR.

The staff were friendly and the food was excellent, but in the apartment I couldn’t ventilate the single room; the ventilation was tiny and insufficient.

The cuisine was excellent and the surrounding area, including the wellness facilities, was great, but the bathroom in the room smelled awful and the bar was chaotic as it is every year.
