Very clean, friendly staff, good bedding, and quiet. In the morning the shower water wasn’t very hot and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

“Italian chic in an artsy and spacious environment.”

The pool is fantastic, the wall paintings are cool, and the whole property feels well‑made with practical baths, showers, and teacups. I had trouble finding a place to eat out, and the new front desk couldn’t help me either. Breakfast was just plain biscuits on a rack, which could have been better. The next morning my Border Collie was almost attacked by the hotel’s Border Collie at the gate; it was calm but clearly on duty. That shock made me leave right away.

“Tolle, saubere Unterkunft.”

The owner is very nice, the place is clean, and the pool is great. Coffee is free and the kitchen is available for use. The shower head could use descaling.

“Lovely relaxing stay which was exactly what we needed”

The setting was lovely and relaxing, the pool area was really nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We were traveling by train from Milan and got caught up in train strikes, so we had to take an earlier train. Casa Osti were very flexible, kept in touch, and even let us check in a bit earlier. You’ll need some transport since it’s rural—bus or taxi—or we hired a car for more flexibility. Restaurants and shops were a short drive away.

Quiet spot, great pool, and a 10‑minute walk to Bologna’s center—excellent confirmation. Highly recommended.
