The place is smack in the middle of the Hanok village, so if you want to soak up Korean culture you couldn’t pick a better spot; every interesting site is within walking distance. My daughter loved the high‑quality massage chair. We left our camera behind, but the owner arranged a courier to send it to our next stay in Seoul, which I really appreciated.

The owners, an older couple, were touching and very accommodating, but the facilities were more like a run‑down youth hostel, and even the bathrooms there are probably newer. The value for money is completely off.

The Hanok is located inside the village, a great spot. The owners are very friendly and I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience staying in a hanok village. In summer there are many mosquitoes, which is normal, so bring insect spray.
