“Overall it’s good experience”
The property was very good with a garden restaurant, but the wash area needs maintenance.

I didn’t get to stay at the property; the staff called me to say my booking wasn’t confirmed, and when I showed them the confirmation they moved me to a different property that I wasn’t satisfied with. I booked for Vamdev and they transferred me to Bhrama Heritage, so I can’t say what I liked because I never saw the property inside. The lie.

The staff behaviour was terrible, the cleanliness was zero, and the property condition was bad. After booking online they didn’t give me rooms, so the experience was very bad. I spent the nights of 30th and 31st at Hotel Vamdev, and the experience was utterly disappointing. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, towels were missing, and a bad odor lingered throughout. Hygiene was severely lacking, and the staff acted arrogantly instead of helping. The pool was in terrible condition, emitting a foul smell that made it unusable. I also felt the staff tried to overcharge me—I paid ₹1200 for a safari, only to be asked later for ₹4500 for the same service. The food was abysmal; the poha was so bad I had to throw it away and vomited right after eating. Even the powdered milk for my child was overpriced and not worth it. Overall, this stay was highly unsatisfactory and fell far below basic hospitality standards, so I would not recommend it to families or other travelers.

There was no proper or good service, and the issues with water, toilet, and food were very bothersome, putting the stay below average in quality and service. The room was big but lacked proper maintenance.
