The room was tidy, but the extension cord on the desk didn't work. Breakfast wasn’t available until at least 8:15 am, and I got no response on the phone or WhatsApp, nor anyone at the front desk from 7 am until then. Still, I paid for breakfast.

The location was lovely and there was a private parking spot. The staff were friendly, so I’d give it an 8.0/10.

The spot was convenient for my trip to Breda, and I could park for free at the adjacent lot. The breakfast was good and I liked the clear communication through the app. However, my room (No 5) didn’t smell fresh; it felt stale and had a faint odor. The building and surrounding area were noisy, with traffic and chatter from the street. I was told at reception that I could borrow a bike, but it turned out to be a rental that wasn’t listed on the booking site and wasn’t mentioned at check‑in.

The place was perfect for my needs and easy to reach. The laundry facilities and the small café at the neighboring gas station were handy, and breakfast was wonderful. The downside was that my street‑side room was noisy at night, with traffic and people talking loudly, but ear plugs solved that issue.
