“Was ok stay as our Canal park plans were ruined”

Great location, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, nice pool and sauna. The shuttle bus service was reserved for a private wedding party on Saturday, and the peak‑time dinner service was inconvenient and ruined our plans for Saturday night and for enjoying Canal Park. We felt we should have been offered compensation, as it was advertised during our booking.

“Very clean and updates rooms and propert. Exceptionally accomidating staff.”

I loved the shuttle service across the bridge to the shopping and dining area. I appreciated all the extras … the s’mores bar, outdoor fire pit and games.
