Great spot right in the middle of Pisa, within 10 minutes you’re basically everywhere. From the airport you can walk to the apartment in about half an hour. Check‑in and communication everywhere were top, we even got to check in a few hours early because the apartment wasn’t occupied, so we could drop our bags right after a morning flight, and when checking out we could leave the bags later just before heading to the airport. The apartment itself is well equipped, authentic with beautiful old Italian furniture and lovely frescoes on the ceiling. Good beds and a well‑equipped kitchen. Don’t expect the newest of the newest, but that made it more charming than a 13‑in‑a‑dozen setup like many hotels or apartments, though everything had new frames and shutters that kept the heat out.
“Very bad stay”
I stayed just one night, leaving early the next morning to head back to Rome, and the apartment was filthy—bedsheets smelled awful and there were dead bugs, including a cockroach. There was no parking and the staff couldn't help us with that, and when I asked for a refund for the second night, they flat‑out refused.
“Redelijk”
“Wertvoll”
A magnificent old palazzo right on the Arno. Busy with all the sights, ceiling paintings and frescoes, 120 m² – breakfast with sunlight through the window – a 1500s vibe.
“Posizione e grandi spazi”
The location is unbeatable, and the house is huge with plenty of beds, three rooms and two bathrooms. The ceilings, floors and overall vibe feel like a real historic Tuscan home right in the heart of Pisa. The only downside was the kitchen, which we barely used except for breakfast, and the lack of communication from the owners.
