“Hände weg von diesem Hotel”
The hotel sits conveniently in the city centre with a nice view of the cathedral, but nothing else worth mentioning. From 09.10 to 11.10 we stayed in room 6, which was only reachable via two steep stairs; carrying luggage up was a real challenge. The room was tiny and its furnishings did not match the online photo. Throughout our October stay the heating was off, so we froze in the bathroom. When we pointed this out, staff said the heating technician wouldn’t arrive until Monday. Towels in the bathroom were already torn and left carelessly on a chair. In the room, a power outlet had been ripped out of the wall, creating a serious hazard (see attached photo). The hotel has no parking; the nearby paid lots cost €17 per day. We are still waiting for the invoice that was supposed to be emailed to us. Bottom line: stay away from this place – there are better options in Naumburg.
