The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was marred by the hassle of getting a receipt. The staff seemed to be passing the buck with the booking platform, which was frustrating.

The staff here were absolutely lovely, always ready to lend a helping hand. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made a big difference to my stay.
