Great location and host, but the noise from the busy intersection right next to the building was annoying. The room was very damp and moldy, which I assume was from the old carpet.

Breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean. The owners were very gracious. Functionality was an issue: entering the Inn was challenging because the entrance has a small table with 2 chairs and the door opens to the left, making it a tight space with bags. In the bathroom, there wasn’t enough shelf space for toiletries.

Breakfast was very good. Rebecca, the Inn owner, was informative and pleasant. The interesting old house has historic value, and the winery was a fun bonus. The location is good for all local towns.

The carefully prepared breakfast was amazing and varied each day. The historic Inn is a fun place to stay, close to the coast with views of the ocean from the upper floors. Rebecca, the owner, prepared the amazing breakfast and was attentive for our morning meal; she was fun to visit with. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Inn as well as its history and fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. A wonderful place to stay if your goal is to explore the amazing Rhode Island coast. The Inn is old, dating back to 1875, but it is a beautiful cared‑for structure and the owners are doing a great job with care and restoration. It has the charm that modern structures lack, which we found delightful, so we do not have any complaints.
