The hotel is great and the location is perfect, but the A/C was a little loud.

The view looked out onto the harbour, and the check‑in and check‑out were quick and efficient. However, the restaurant service was a disgrace—appallingly slow. We were left at one end of the table and forgotten about; there was no salt or pepper, and they didn’t come back to take our orders, so we had to grab the buffet. They didn’t bother to ask us for tea, and by the time they finally brought it, we had already left for our tour. The next morning the service was still very slow, with many very young waitresses and no clear supervision or coordination. The lady at the table next to us was so upset by the delay that she demanded a refund. The bathroom had no ventilation, so the smell lingered. The taxi we ordered through the hotel to the airport arrived 10 minutes late and offered no apology; perhaps it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t help. Overall, it was grossly overpriced for the facilities and service.

Location location location. Fitness centre was nice and well equipped. Sauna was great. Pool was good too. Water machine was available in the fitness center so we could fill our water bottles. They serviced the rooms and refilled water and coffe, which was nice. Underground parking on hotel property. Rooms were big, view was nice, big closet. Staff was very friendly, both reception and service. We had booked for 4 people, and were surprised to only find 3 sets of towels in the room. Obviously we raised it with the hotel and they fixed shortly, but why so careless though?! The headboards on the beds were dusty

The proximity to the water and the city centre, restaurants and shops was great. The shower was defective.
