The facilities were fantastic, feeling like a tropical paradise with two pools, Starbucks, and a handy free courtesy bus; most staff were friendly, especially Irina at the bar who always chatted and went above and beyond. We were upgraded to the 5th floor, which was good, and the wrist bands for room access were very convenient. However, housekeeping was a bit inconsistent: after staying 8 nights, my feet were black from walking on unclean floors, and sometimes there was no water, towels, or toilet paper left when it was obvious they were needed. There was a minor ant issue, and the air conditioning didn’t work well, causing many sleepless nights.

Everything was so clean, though some employees were biased but the manager straightened it out.
Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en el Blue Flamingo. El lugar era precioso, y tanto las habitaciones como la piscina y las demás comodidades eran excelentes. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. Un servicio especialmente conveniente fue el puesto de Fury ubicado dentro del hotel, donde una representante nos ayudó a conocer y reservar de inmediato distintas actividades acuáticas. Esto hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y fue un excelente complemento para nuestra estadía. El único inconveniente fue que uno de los ascensores estaba fuera de servicio y no parecía que se estuvieran realizando trabajos de reparación o mantenimiento. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien y realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía
