“Basterebbe poco per cambiare livello”

The agriturismo itself is charming and the recently renovated apartment is nice, set in plenty of green for a relaxing stay, but they missed some basics: there’s only a moka, no espresso machine or coffee beans for the first morning, the washing machine comes without detergent, there’s no hair‑dryer even though there’s a pool, we were left without TV for two of the four nights because of a cable issue that wasn’t fixed despite our complaints, and breakfast was rather meagre and dull.

We stayed at this place a second time and were again extremely satisfied. It sits in a beautiful, peaceful setting near Gubbio, where you can truly relax, escape the noise, and enjoy the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and pleasantly furnished. The whole property, including the garden and swimming pool, is beautiful and well maintained. Easy car access to Gubbio is a plus, while the accommodation itself stays wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The owner is amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We also liked being able to buy their own olive oil directly from the property, which made a lovely souvenir from our stay. We were very happy to return for a second visit and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for clean, peaceful, and authentic accommodation in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Everything was amazing; we have absolutely nothing to complain about.

We spent a fantastic weekend here; the owners were super friendly and the property lived up to expectations. The place was quiet and welcoming, surrounded by nature. The hot tub and sauna were clean and easy to use, and the kitchen was well equipped and pretty. Overall, everything was very satisfying. The only minor gripe is that, being in the countryside, there are a few insects, but the room has a mosquito net so it was no problem.
