The buffet was great both at night and in the morning! The welcome drink staff were friendly and the lobby and bath were fantastic. The room was clean and felt modern, no old‑fashioned vibe at all!
I appreciated that the soup and miso soup spoons were ambidextrous. The best part was that every staff member kept a cheerful smile; it made chatting really easy.
