The location is excellent, the room superb, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. Breakfast was good but a bit underwhelming, and the room‑service menu could have offered more variety.

The location was good. The spa bath in the bathroom didn’t work.

I liked the design, coziness, and cleanliness of the hotel. The windows didn’t open.

The spot is superb and the receptionist Ksenia is both professional and friendly, always ready to lend a hand; however, the check‑in time is extremely late and even paying extra won’t move it, which is brutal when flights from Russia land around 6 am and you can’t get a room until 15:00 after a sleepless night.

Everything was amazing—lovely staff, a clean room, and perfect service 10/10, yet some staff need to improve their English for international guests, though they were still very helpful.
