How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The air conditioning that was out of order leaked water all over the room and even burned my mother's phone, which was a huge hassle for the trip.

The breakfast was really good.

We stayed for two nights and the experience was awful. The room wasn’t cleaned; we killed about four cockroaches inside and found dead ones under the bed, so we had to ask for a borrowed broom to tidy up. The hygiene was severely lacking, showing a total disregard for guests.

The location was good. The breakfast timing and the cleanliness of the common areas were lacking.
