The place was spotless, right in the middle of everything and the staff were genuinely friendly. The only snag was the description saying the room had a private bathroom, yet the bathroom was separate from the room and that wasn’t made clear.

Staff were always ready to help, the bed was surprisingly comfy and everything was kept very clean. I didn’t run into any real issues, so it was a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel’s location was spot on, right where you want to be, but the room was freezing when we first walked in. Once the heat kicked in it was fine, but that chilly start was annoying.

Arriving late was no hassle at all, and Armando was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The neighborhood is great for an evening out, the Wi‑Fi was solid, and the bathroom—though outside the room—was private, tidy, and had a strong hot shower. The kitchen was spotless and the little rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. The only drawback was that luggage storage was only in a shared lounge that anyone could access.
