The receptionist was very kind, but aside from her friendliness everything was a disaster: the cleaning was rough, there was no service, no lobby or luggage storage, and given the price I expected a real four‑star experience but this felt like a one‑star stay, not to mention the constant street noise even though we were on the third floor.

The property feels very welcoming, perfect for those who want to escape the bustle of the city centre and it’s well connected to everything. It’s close to public transport and the metro. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed the breakfast at the bar next to the hotel, the cappuccino was excellent. I’m grateful to the owner for making us feel at home and we’ll return soon for our next holiday. Everything was perfect.

There was no breakfast, soap was missing, the shower was leaking, the fridge was empty, the air‑conditioner was extremely noisy, the shower was broken, the bidet wasn’t fixed to the floor, there was a glass in the bathroom for the toothbrush, and a small table was missing. The building is very old and clearly needs a major renovation. I feel a 4‑star rating is a bit exaggerated; a 2‑star would be more appropriate.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee shop just around the corner was lovely; I’d definitely stay again. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport.
