I had confirmed my room through the booking system, sent the booking code via Zalo to the hotel, and got confirmation, yet the next morning they told me the booking wasn’t found. The manager spent half an hour checking, still no result. Luckily they let me check in, but arriving in Hanoi at 4‑5 am after a 10‑hour night and being told the booking was missing was really frustrating.

The hotel itself was quite simple, but its location was excellent. However, my room lacked a window, which was a major drawback.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The price was lower than average, which was a plus, but it's located a bit far from the lake, about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel provides everything you need, even for a late arrival, which was convenient. However, the hotel is showing its age, with some worn-out details, especially in the bathroom. The late check-in option was a lifesaver, though.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive staff, as well as the reasonable price. However, I was a bit bothered by the smokers in the common areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but with some room for improvement.
