The apartment was spacious and clean with three double rooms, two of which were large and beautiful. One has an en‑suite bathroom, while the other two share a second bathroom in the hallway. It’s on the first floor and comes with bed and bath linens, plus soap in the bathroom. Below lives Mrs Nena, who unfortunately only speaks Croatian. The house is surrounded by a garden and you can leave the car at the back, but the road to get there is quite narrow, so a slightly large jeep might struggle to maneuver. Mrs Nena is very kind and helpful if you need anything. The apartment is in Bebinje, a seaside village with a small harbour and a lovely promenade. We dined there one evening at Ristorante Torkul along the promenade, and the sunset was spectacular. We’re also 12 minutes by car from Zara and the airport, so the location is perfect. The price‑quality ratio of the apartment is excellent. I recommend it. The downside is that Mrs Nena only speaks Croatian, so communication relies on gestures. I would have liked to ask her for more information, but it wasn’t a big problem and we were fine.
