12 m² · 1 large double bed or 2 single beds
9 m² · 1 double bed
“Catastrophic”
The room was almost unsanitary, the carpet was torn, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the bedroom shutters were impossible to open, so we were always left in the dark. There were no curtains. Breakfast consisted of a croissant and a coffee, that’s all.
“Good place if you are not looking for fancy”
The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop and about 10 minutes to the metro, and close to restaurants for when we needed a meal. It seemed safe, as we had to go through four doors from the street to reach the room. The building and the room were run down; the shower door had a 2‑inch gap in the middle that let water spill into the bathroom. The phone charging outlets were in inconvenient spots. After checking in we had to leave the room for 30 minutes while they set up the third bed. All I wanted was to relax after a day of travel, but we were never offered a breakfast option. I emailed to see if a late checkout was possible, but never received a reply. When they came to clean the room, they didn’t bring any new supplies, only new towels.
“Si può migliorare”
The only good thing was the location. Initially the communication was awful with the guy who was absent, no one greeted us upon arrival, and the reception was non‑existent. Later, a very good, available, and professional girl helped out. The building feels old and poorly maintained, with an elevator that didn’t work on the first day and five floors to climb. The room was basic but clean.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, the sheets weren’t changed for a week, and on the last day they didn’t even give us clean towels. No other comments.
“Dieses "Hotel" ist kein Hotel und nicht zu empfehlen”
The only bright spot was the fairly central location; otherwise I give it zero stars. The bed is extremely lumpy—you feel every spring. Room service was available the first two nights and then vanished. The bathroom was clean, but its door jammed and the tiny space made it hard to reach the toilet. It was freezing in the room; the heater worked only sporadically. I couldn’t close the curtain, and a noisy air‑conditioner kept turning on on the “balcony.” Overall, a bad bed for too much money.
