How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It has a unique “home away” atmosphere. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and everyone staying there was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised how well organized everything was. You even get stickers on kitchen counters so you know what to find where. The bathroom was clean and had hot water. It was only for our floor. A perk was a cat Amélia, which sometimes appeared

When my son lost his phone, I booked 7 nights for him. While he was on his way, they texted me to say reception was closed and he should self check in. I told them he had no phone and couldn't be contacted with the instructions, so they promised to wait for him. However, when my son arrived a few minutes late, no one was there and reception was in darkness. Without instructions, he couldn't self check in and had no bed that night. When he turned up the following day, they said the whole booking was cancelled because he was a 'no show'. But he wasn't. He HAD turned up. Despite knowing all the circumstances, they have repeatedly ignored my request for a full refund. staff have done their best to get Canvas Atelier management to be more understanding, but without success

Clean. Broken bed foot. Shared bathroom and toilets. Not enough outlets in the room for the fan, phones, bedside lamps. Attic room not insulated.

No breakfast. The kitchen lacked basic seasonings, which was disappointing.

The courtyard was very nice and the room itself was also gorgeous thanks to the old building. The shower had almost no power and the shower head couldn’t be hooked anywhere.
