How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I booked a twin room but only received a room with a double bed. The room was dusty and extremely noisy. Directly below us was a bar open until 2 am playing loud music. No cosmetic towels in the box. The hallway carpet was old and moldy.

The absolute worst hotel experience imaginable, nothing good at all.

Nothing about the hotel pleased me – only the front‑desk staff tried to make the disastrous situation as good as possible. The location, facilities, and cleanliness were all poor.
